It works. If mites (actually mite feces) are your problem - this is one effective way to help.
Personally I find changing my pillow case every night, and my bed sheets every week to be the best thing. But Acarosan powder works and is safe if you follow directions.
It takes a lot of vacuuming to get up most of the powder (as I confirmed by calling Bissell's 800 number). And the powder still leaves a smell (or lingering particals in the air?) that might irritate for a night or two, to my nose anyway. Ventilate well and vacuum some more!
